中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库2011年第S1期信息科技辑ChineseMaster"sThesesFull-textDatabase2011,No.S1InformationScienceandTechnologyI138-980-1基于ASP.NET的协同式工作平台之公文与会议管理子系统的研究与实现王晓娜学位授予单位:山东大学;学科专业:软件工程摘要随着网络技术的快速发展,信息化的应用系统已经逐步进入了现代生活中,人们越来越多地运用计算机和网络技术来提高办公效率,甚至在一些大中型企业中已经成为人们日常办公必不可少的一部分,然而在高校中应用尚未广泛。现代高校办公系统中,绝大部分采用的是人工操作或者单机办公软件操作的方式,这样的方式既浪费了大量的人力物力,又不能提高办公效率,而且无法协同效应,文件流传输及其不便,所以开发一套针对高校需求的网络办公系统是非常有必要的。本论文主要从高校对网络办公系统的需求研究出发,深入了解用户需求,尤其是针对不同权限的用户在办公中不同的办公内容,建立一种B/S结构的协同式网络办公系统,实现用户对网络协同办公的需求。在本毕业设计中,实现两方面的内容:公文管理和会议管理。公文管理是办公管理中最基本和最主要的内容之一,根据需求调研,确定实现的公文管理的主要内容包括:文件夹管理、文件夹访问、文件管理、文件访问以及文件检索。实现本系统具有很强的实用性,实现功能完善,可用在线编辑和在线查看文件,还可用对公文进行全文检索,实现了对公文的权限控制等功能。会议管理是现代办公中必不可少的部分,会议管理主要内容包括:会议室状态查询、预约会议室、用户会议室管理以及添加会议室。这部分实现了对会议室状态的监控,同时可用通过网络动态预约会议室信息,并且用户可用通过本系统查询以往会议记录。本毕业设计的要实现的系统采用当前主流的B/S结构,主要是运行在Windows平台下,采用MVC模式构建层次鲜明的系统。开发环境是VisualStudio2005,使用了ASP.NET,JS,HTML作为主要实现技术。本系统还使用了部分的中间件技术,如MicrosoftWord下的Office.dll动态链接库等。实现本系统,能够给用户提供两个方面的便利,一方面通过对公文进行分类管理和权限控制,提高了用户在操作公文上的效率。另一方面是通过网络虚拟环境控制会议室的工作过程,大大提高了会议的质量和效率。关键词:网络协同办公系统;;公文管理;;会议管理中图分类号:TP311.52AbstractWiththedevelopmentofnetworktechnology,information-basedapplicationsystemhasgraduallychangedthemodernlife.Therehasbeenalotofcomputerandnetworktechnologytoimproveofficeefficiencyinmanyenterprises,but,informationtechnologyisstillnotwidelyusedincollegesanduniversities.ModernCollegeofficeoperations,aremostlymanualoperationsorsingle-modeoperationsofofficesoftware,itnotonlywastesalotofmanpowerandmaterialresources,butalsohaslowofficeefficiency,andcannotsynergisticeffect,thefilestreamanditsinconvenience,itneedstodevelopanetworkofofficesfortheuniversitysystemisverynecessary.Inthispaper,mainlyfromtheuniversityofficesystemrequirementsfornetworkresearchstartingin-depthunderstandingofuserneeds,especiallyfordifferentpermissionsfordifferentusersintheofficeofofficecontents,theestablishmentofaB/Sstructureofthecollaborativenetworkofofficesystems,toachievetheuser导师:史清华;导师单位:山东大学
中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库2011年第S1期信息科技辑I138-980-2coordinationofficenetworkneeds.Duringthegraduationproject,theimplementationoftwoaspects:DocumentManagementandConferenceManagement.DocumentManagementisthemanagementoftheofficeinoneofthemostbasicandmostimportant,accordingtoresearchneedstodeterminetheimplementationofthemaincontentsoftheDocumentManagementincludes:Filefoldermanagement,folderaccess,filemanagement,fileaccessanddocumentretrieval.Implementationofthissystemhasastrongpractical,toachieveperfectfunction,availableonlineeditorandon-lineviewthefile,canalsobeusedforfull-textdocumentssearchfordocumentstoachievetheaccesscontrolandotherfunctions.Conferencemanagementisanessentialpartofthemodernoffice,conferencemanagementmainlyincludes:theconferenceroomstatusinquiries,bookingmeetingrooms,conferenceroommanagement,andadduserstotheconferenceroom.Thisispartiallyachievedthestatusoftheconferenceroommonitoratthesametimecanbeusedthroughthenetworkdynamicconferenceroomreservationinformation,andtheusercanquerythroughthissystem,thepreviousrecordofthemeeting.ThegraduatedesignsthesystemtoachievemainstreamadoptionofthecurrentB/Sstructure,andmainlyrunonWindowsplatform,usingMVCmodeltobuildlevelsofclear-cutsystem.DevelopmentenvironmentisVisualStudio2005,usingASP.NET,JS,andHTMLasthemainenablingtechnologies.Thesystemalsousesapartofthemiddlewaretechnologies,suchasMicrosoftWordundertheOffice.dlldynamiclinklibraries.Torealizethissystem,andbeabletogiveuserstheconvenienceofboththeonehand,toclassifydocumentsbythemanagementandaccesscontrol,enhanceduserdocumentsontheoperationefficiency.Ontheotherhand,throughtheonlinevirtualconferenceroomenvironmentcontrolworkprocessesimprovethequalityandefficiencyofthemeetinggreatly.KeyWords:networkassistancemanagementsystem;;documentmanagement;;conferencemanagement
