中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库2011年第S1期信息科技辑ChineseMaster"sThesesFull-textDatabase2011,No.S1InformationScienceandTechnologyI138-632-1天宇贸易公司会议管理系统的设计与实现杨国勇学位授予单位:东北大学;学科专业:软件工程摘要随着互联网与信息、通信技术的迅速发展,政府、企业和机构的会议召开已经突破了传统模式下同时、同地的制约,开始以互联网作为开发平台组织召开网上会议。通过网上会议可以为企业节省时间、成本。在会议管理系统平台上,按照会议管理的规则和相应流程为主要依据,经过全面合理的内容设计体制和清晰的流程,充分的满足了当前会议的各种需要,是当今社会结合IT科技领域发展的里程碑。根据需求本系统主要实现的是网上会议管理平台。会议管理系统是采用B/S架构,MVC软件体系结构设计模式,Oracle作为后台数据库开发设计。总体的系统框架采用的是当今主流的多框架整合。采用MVC设计模式实现系统的业务流程,Struts用来实现表现层、Spring实现业务逻辑层、Hibernate实现数据持久层。本文对会议管理系统进行了充分的需求分析和业务功能设计,并使用J2EE平台进行系统的开发。根据需求分析本系统主要提供四大功能模块:预案管理模块、会议处理模块、应用维护模块。预案管理模块是会议管理的基础和前提,主要负责向会议提供预案供会议使用。会议处理模块是主要实现了一个会议过程的管理,它是整个系统的核心部分。应用维护模块实现了领导对会议表决结果的查询和秘书对应用参数的维护功能。本文对预案管理和会议处理模块进行了详细的设计和实现。最后,本文对会议管理系统的测试进行了论述。关键词:J2EE;;Struts;;Spring;;Hibernate;;会议管理中图分类号:TP311.52AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentoftheInternetandinformationcommunicationtechnology,thegovernment,enterpriseandinstitutionsmeetinghasbeenbrokenthroughthetraditionalmodeatthesametimeandplaceconstraints.TheyholdameetingontheInternet.ThroughtheInternetforbusinessmeetingssavetimeandcost.Onthemeetingmanagementsystemplatform,inaccordancewiththerulesandcorrespondingmanagementproceduresasthemainbasisformeeting,afterathoroughandreasonablesystemdesignandcontentofaclearprocess,thevariousrequirementsofthecurrentmeetingaresatisfiedsufficiently,itisdevelopmentmilestonewhichisthatatoday"ssocietycombinationITscienceandtechnology.AccordingtotherequirementsofthesystemisamajorachievementoftheConferenceon-linemanagementplatform.ConferenceManagementSystemusesB/Sdesignpattern,MVCsoftwarearchitecture.Oracleisusedtomanagedata.Theoverallframeworkofthesystemusedintoday"smainstreammulti-integrationframework,UsingMVCdesignpatterntoachievethebusinessprocessofthesystem.Strutsusedtoachievetheperformancetier,theSpringachievebusinesslogictier,theHibernateachievethedata-lastingtier.Inthisthesis,theconferencemanagementsystemwasfullyoperationalrequirementanalysisandfunctionsdesigned,andusetheJ2EEplatformforthedevelopmentofthesystem.Accordingtotherequirementanalysisofthesystemtoprovidethemainfeaturesofthefourmodules:ProposalManagementmodule、Meetingmanagementmodule、Summaryinquirymodule、Applicationmaintenancemodule.Proposalmanagementisthefoundationandprerequisiteoftheconferencemanagement.Itisresponsibleforprovidingproposalfortheconference.Meeting导师:李丹程;徐征;导师单位:东北大学
