AttendanceManagementSystem考勤管理制度No.ofissue:版本号:01dateofissue:发行日期:2011.12.21PI-620-HRM-01HumanResources人力资源page:页码:5of:总页数51.Task/Objective目的-Theattendancemanagementsystemisstandardizedtoguaranteethenormalproductionandmanagementinthecompany.为保证企业生产经营工作的正常进行,规范考勤管理。2.ScopeofApplication范围-avimsolarproductionCo.,Ltd,Gaomi/China埃孚光伏制造有限公司中国/高密3.Definitions术语和定义-None无4.Responsibilities职责-Everydepartmentisinchargeofthespecificdailyattendancemanagementofitsowndepartment,withthecollectionandreportoftheworkattendanceattheendofamonth.各部门具体负责本部门员工日常考勤管理和月底考勤汇总、上报。-HRMDept.isinchargeofthedailyattendancesupervisionwiththeexamination,verificationandcollectionoftheworkattendanceattheendofthemonth.人力资源部负责日常考勤监督及月底考勤的审核、汇总。5.Description描述5.1Workingtime工作时间-Eighthoursaworkday公司实行八小时工作制。-Aregularworkdayis8:00am-11:30am,and12:30pm-17:00pmandsixdaysaweek.(Thebeginningandtheendtimeareflexibleaccordingtothedifferentseasons.)正常白班工作时间:上午8:00—11:30,下午12:30—17:00,每周工作六天。(下午工作时间随季节变化和班车时间调整进行相应改变)-Thethree-shiftworkday:themorningshift8:00amto16:00pm,themiddleshift16:00pmto24:00,andthenightshift0:00to8:00am.(theshiftswouldchangeeverySunday)三班运转工作时间:白班8:00—16:00;中班16:00—24:00;夜班24:00—8:00。(每周倒班一次)5.2Howtochecktheattendance考勤方式-Regularworkers:Punchingcardattendancesystemisimplemented.Itisneededtoclockinandclockoutatthereceptionwhenworkersgetonandoffwork.Meanwhile,eachdepartmentneedstodotheattendancerecord.常白班员工:实行考勤打卡制,上、下班须在前台处打卡,同时由部门做好考勤记录。PI-620-HRM-0101avimsolarproductionCo.,Ltd,Gaomi(China) AttendanceManagementSystem考勤管理制度No.ofissue:版本号:01dateofissue:发行日期:2011.12.21PI-620-HRM-01HumanResources人力资源page:页码:5of:总页数5-Three-shiftworkers:Shiftleadersareinchargeofdoingtheeverydayattendancerecordofshift-changingworkersandcollectingtherecordstoreporttothestatisticianinProductionDept.Thestatisticianshouldexamine,verifyandcollecttherecords,andreporttoHRMDeptaftersigningfromthedepartmentmanager.三班员工:倒班人员由班长负责记录日常出勤状况,并月底汇总考勤记录上报生产部统计员,生产部统计员审核、汇总,经部门负责人签批后上报人力资源部。-Theattendancerecordofnewemployeeswillbedonefromthedaytheyareactuallyonduty.新入职员工自实际到岗之日起开始记录考勤。5.1Attendancemanagement考勤管理-Whenpunchingcard,workersshouldconsciouslyabidebytheorderanditisprohibitedtohelppunchothers’cards;otherwise,deducttwoevaluationpointsofthesamemonthpertimeoncebefound.员工在刷卡时,应自觉遵守秩序,禁止相互捎带刷卡,否则,每发现一次扣当月百分考评2分。-Theworkershavethreechancestobefreefrompunchingonemonthiftherearespecialcircumstances.Ifmorethanthreetimes,theworkersneedtoexplaintotheresponsiblepersonoftheowndepartmentandtheresponsiblepersonneedstoissuewrittenproofsofattendance,otherwise,itwillberecordedasabsencefromduty.员工因特殊情况不能及时打卡,每月给予三次免打卡机会,超出三次必须向部门负责人说明,并由部门负责人出具书面出勤证明,否则视为未出勤。-Iftheworkersneedtoleavetheirpostsandgooutduringworktimebecauseofsomespecialreasons,theyneedtopunchcardsandhandinFS-620-HRM-03“ApplicationforATemporaryLeaveinWorkingTime”tothereceptionforfuturereference.员工因特殊原因上班时间中途离岗外出需刷卡并将FS-620-HRM-03《临时外出申请表》交前台备查。-Thosewhoneedtohavebusinesstripsandcannotpunchcardseveryday,shouldfillinFS-620-HRM-04“ApplicationforBusinessTrip”beforeleaving,whichshouldbeconfirmedandsignedbyresponsiblepersonofowndepartmentandhandedintoHRfortherecord.因工作需要出差外地不能每天打卡者,须出差前填写FS-620-HRM-04《出差申请单》由部门负责人签字批准后,交人力资源部备案。-Iftheworkersresignorarerelievedfromlaborcontacts,stopattendancerecordsaccordingtothefinalworkdaycheckedandratifiedbyHR.员工辞职或被解除劳动合同时,以人力资源部核定的最后工作日为准停止考勤记录。-Eachdepartmentneedstocollecttheattendancerecordsofitsowndepartmentattheendofamonth.AttendanceofficerineachdepartmentisinchargeofpassingonsuchmaterialstoHRforexaminationandverificationasattendancereportforms,“ApplicationforBusinessTrip”,writtenproofsofattendanceissuedbydepartmentmanagerswhichshouldbesignedbyattendanceofficersandtheresponsibleperson.各部门月底对本部门员工考勤记录进行汇总,并由部门考勤员负责将考勤报表及各类假条、《出差申请单》、部门负责人出具的未打卡书面证明由部门考勤员和负责人签字后送人力资源部审核。-Clock-inand-outsystemisjointlysupervisedandimplementedbyHRandthesecurityguards.刷卡考勤由人力资源部与保卫人员联合实施监督执行。5.2Requirementsforclock-inand-out刷卡考勤的实施要求5.4.1Thelayoutforcontrollermachineandaccesslimitation控制器分布情况及权限设置:PI-620-HRM-0101avimsolarproductionCo.,Ltd,Gaomi(China) AttendanceManagementSystem考勤管理制度No.ofissue:版本号:01dateofissue:发行日期:2011.12.21PI-620-HRM-01HumanResources人力资源page:页码:5of:总页数55.1Rulesofaskingforleave请假程序5.5.1Leaveofabsence事假-Ifworkerswanttoaskforleaveofabsence,theyneedtofillinFS-620-HRM-02“ApplicationforLeave”inadvancewhichshouldbeconfirmedandsignedbyresponsiblepersonofowndepartmentandreportedtoHRMwiththeattendance.Iftheycannotgothroughtheseproceduresinadvanceduetosomespecialreasons,theyshouldasktheirmanagersforleavebyothermeansandgothroughtheseprocedureswithinthreedaysaftertheycometoworkagain.员工请事假,须提前填写FS-620-HRM-02《请假申请表》,部门负责人签批后随出勤一起上报人力资源部。如果因为特殊原因无法提前办理请假手续的,需通过其它方式向部门经理请假,并在上班后三天内补办手续。-Ifworkerswanttoleavewithinoneday,itshouldbeapprovedbyresponsiblepersonofowndepartment(workshopsupervisor);ifworkerswanttoleaveformorethanonedayandlessthanthreedays,itshouldbeapprovedandsignedbyleadersinchargeofthedepartment;ifworkerswanttoleaveformorethanthreedays,itshouldbeapprovedbyGMandDGM.员工请事假一天以内由部门负责人(车间负责人)批准,请假一天以上三天以内的由部门分管领导签批,三天以上的由公司领导批准后方可执行。-Leaveofabsenceisunpaidleave,sosalaryisexcludedduringtheleavetime.员工事假为无薪假,请假期间不计发工资。5.5.2Sickleave病假-Whenworkersaskforsickleave,theyneedtoholdamedicalcertificateabovethecountylevelandaskforapprovalaccordingtotherelevantprocedures.Iftheycannotgothroughtheseproceduresintimeduetosomespecialreasons,theycandotheformalitieswithinthreedaysaftertheevent.员工请病假时,须持县级以上医院证明,按事假程序报批。如因特殊情况不能及时办理请假手续的,可于事后三天内补办手续。-SickleavesalarytreatmentshouldbeinaccordancewithSunvimregulations.病假期间工资待遇按照集团规定执行。5.5.3Welfareleave福利假期-Suchleavesashomeleave,marriageleave,maternityleaveandfuneralleave,shouldbeaddressedbyHRinstrictaccordancewithrelevantregulationsandprocedures.Ifworkerswanttoaskforleave,theyneedtogetrelevantformsfromHR,fillinthemandaskforapprovalofrelevantleaders.LeaveapplicationwhichhasbeensignedbyleadersshouldbegiventoresponsibleattendanceofficerforpreservationandbereportedtoHRwithattendanceattheendofthemonth.凡属探亲假、婚假、产假、丧假等假期,由人力资源部严格按照公司有关制度和相关程序给予办理。员工请假须到人力资源部领取、填写相关表格,并找相关领导签批,签批后的请假单交给部门负责考勤人员留存,月底随出勤上报人力资源部。-Thoseworkerswhoaskforalongleavemustreportbacktotheownerdepartmentafterleave,iftheywanttobecontinuouslyoffwork,theyneedtogothroughtheproceduresofextendingleave.Thosewhooverstaytheirleaveanddonotgothroughtheproceduresofextendingleavewillbeaddressedasabsenteeism.ThedepartmentoftheworkersshouldpassontheseinformationtoHRintime.凡请长假员工,假期满后上班时必须到所在部门办理销假,继续休班应办理续假手续,超假未办理续假手续者按旷工处理。销假和续假信息,员工所在部门应及时传递给人力资源部。5.2Overtimeworkmanagement加班管理-Ifitisneededtoworkovertimeduringdayoff,theworkersshouldfillinFS-620-HRM-01“ApplicationforWorkingOvertime”inadvanceandtheresponsiblepersonoftheowndepartmentshouldreporttotherelevantleadersinchargeofthedepartmentandaskfortheirsignforapproval.Theworkersshouldregisteratthereceptionatthebeginningandendofovertimework.ThefinalactualoverhoursmustbeconfirmedandsignedbytheresponsiblepersoninthedepartmentandpassedontoHRMforfiling.因工作需要,休息日需要加班人员,需提前填写FS-620-HRM-01《加班申请单》,由部门负责人审核后上报分管领导签批,员工加班开始和结束必须在前台保卫处签到,最后实际加班时间须由部门负责人签字确认后,交人力资源部存档。PI-620-HRM-0101avimsolarproductionCo.,Ltd,Gaomi(China) AttendanceManagementSystem考勤管理制度No.ofissue:版本号:01dateofissue:发行日期:2011.12.21PI-620-HRM-01HumanResources人力资源page:页码:5of:总页数5-Day-offmustbestrictlyinaccordancewiththenationallegalholidaysregulations.Thosewhocannottakedayoffduetoemergenciessuchasequipmentrepairingandgoodsdeliveringshouldbearrangedforoffdutyshiftinthenextweek.Undernormaloperatingconditions,theoff-dutySundaycannotbefreetocancel.严格按照国家法定节假日休班规定执行,因设备维护或急发货等应急事情无法休班者,次周安排其调休。正常工作情况下,不得随意取消周日休班。5.1Disciplineforworkandabsenteeismpenalty劳动纪律与缺勤处罚-Three-shiftworkersshouldentertheworkshop10minutesaheadofthetimeforpostshandingoverandtakingover,afterwhich,theoffdutyworkersshouldleavetheworkshopaccordingtotheregulations.三班人员提前10分钟入车间进行对岗交接,交接班后按规定统一离开车间。-Notcomingtothepositionswithinhalfanhourafterworkbeginingislateandleavingthepositionsbeforehalfanhourofgettingoffworkisleavingearly.0.5-2hourslateforworkisaddressedasabsenteeismforhalfaday;2-4hourslateisaddressedasabsenteeismforalldayalong.Thosewholeavetheirpostswithoutpermissionnoraskingleaveinadvanceareaddressedasabsenteeism.上班半小时后以内不到岗为迟到,下班前半小时以内离开为早退。迟到0.5-2小时以内的计半天旷工,2-4小时以内的计全天旷工。未提前请假或请假未经批准擅自离开工作岗位者,以旷工论处。-Thosewhodonotcometoworkfornoreasonornotpunchcardonpurposeareaddressedasabsenteeism.Thosewhoarecontinuousabsenteeismforfivedaysortotalabsenteeismuptofifteendaysinoneyearareaddressedasresignandterminatingtheirlaborcontacts.无故不上班或故意不刷卡者按旷工处理。连续旷工五天或全年累计旷工达十五天者按自动离职处理,将予以解除劳动合同。-Iftheworkersarenotondutyforcontinuousfivedayswithoutaskingleave,theowndepartmentshouldreporttotheleadershipinchargeintimeandfeedbacktoHRfortracking.无任何请假信息,连续5天不上班员工,所在部门应及时上报分管领导,并将信息反馈人力资源部,以便追踪。PI-620-HRM-0101avimsolarproductionCo.,Ltd,Gaomi(China)
