  nConfirmthefactory’sdirectphonenumberandcellphonenumbersforthefactorycontactsyouhave.确认工厂联系电话号码和手机号码    nConfirmthatyouhaveadetailedmap/directionstotheplacesyouarevisiting(factoriesandhotels).Havethedestination(factoryforexample)faxamap/directionsinadvanceofyourtrip.确认是否已带上要参观的地点(工厂和酒店)详细的地图或指南,参观之前让工厂(例如工厂)传真地图或指南nReconfirmthevisittimewiththesupplierthedaybeforeandthedayofthevisit参观工厂前一天和当天,与供应商再次确认参观时间 nPrepareanagendaofitemstodiscuss准备项目商讨议程nBringpaperworkthatisrelevanttotheproject携带项目相关文件nAskyoursupervisortoreviewanyimportantEnglishandChinesetechnicalwordsfortheprojectwithyou.请上司审阅重要的中文和英文的项目技术内容11.5Entertainment/meals娱乐/进餐nUseyourjudgmentwhenthesupplieroffersdinnerorlunch.Eatingamealtogethercanbeimportantforrelationshipbuilding供应商邀请共进午餐或晚餐时,自己做出抉择,共同进餐有利于建立良好的关系nInvitethedrivertojoinyourmeal.邀请司机共同进餐Avoiddrinkingalcoholduringlunchmeetings;politelyexplainthatthereisstillimportantworktobedoneintheafternoon,andtheclientcamealongwaytoseeandworkwiththesupplier.午餐时间避免饮酒,向供应商做出委婉的解释:下午还有重要工作和客户是经长途到来拜访供应商nPolitelymovetimealonginlunchbanquets;trytoavoidlettingthemrunover2hoursintime;ourclientsareaccustomedtoquickbusinesslunchesinmostcases.合宜地控制午餐时间,尽量控制在两个小时以内,大多数情况下,客人习惯于短时间的商务午餐24 nTrytoincludestaffdecisionmakersthatmaynotspeakEnglishintheconversation.Likewise,pauseandtranslateforclientsthatdonotspeakChinese.Focusonhelpingtheclientandthesuppliercommunicateandbuildarelationshipduringthistime.也尽量让英文不好的管理人员一起参加会议,同时为不懂英文或中文的供应商和客人翻译,协助客人和供应商沟通和建立良好关系nIfhavingdinnerandthesupplierwantstomoveontoanotherplace(abarorKTVestablishment),pleaseexplainthistotheclientinEnglish.Lettheclientdecidewhattodo.BepreparedtomakeanexcusetoleaveiftheclientisnotinterestedinpartyorKTV.晚餐后,供应商如果希望到另一场所(酒吧或KTV),请用英文向客人解释,让客人做选择,如果客户没有兴趣,找一个合适的理由离开11.5ExpenseAccountProtocol差旅报销管理nExpenseAccountProtocolmustbebasesonPSScompanySOP差旅费必须按公司的操作流程完成报销Chapter12:EthicsHerearesomecompanyguidelinesrelatedtodifferentethicaldilemmas.12.1BribesandSpecialPayments贿赂及特殊报酬Asafundamentalrule,PassageMakeremployeesareprohibitedfromreceivingcommissionsorspecialpaymentsfromoursuppliers,EndorsedServiceProviders,clients,orotherentitiesaffiliatedwiththePassageMakergroupofcompanies. Ourcompanyhassetupacomplaintwindowwhichwillhandlethecomplanitforanyentitywhohasbeenmistreatedbyouremployee;IfanentitygavecommissionorspecialpaymenttoPMemployees(nomatterwhoinitiatedit), wewillcontacttheentitytoconfirmthatimmediately,andwecaninitiatedisciplinaryactionagainstthatemployeeandreturnspecialpayment; Ifemployeesarefoundtakingcompany"sbenefitandpropertyusinghisauthoritywithoutpermission,oracceptinganyotherspecialpayments(intheformofbothcashandservices),willbefiredimmediatelyand(ifapplicable),legalchargeswillbefiled. Weexpectouremployeestoexercisestrongmoralconducttohelpmakethewholecompanymoresuccessful. Acceptingbribeshurtsourreputation,coworkers,andourclients.作为最基本的制度,公司的员工是禁止从供应商,服务商,客户及其他与PassageMaker有联系的组织处获得回扣或特殊报酬。如果我们的员工对供应商,服务商有不当要求,公司已设立专门接受投诉的窗口进行处理;若有组织已经实质性给予我们员工特殊报酬(无论是谁主动)公司会立刻联系供应商,服务商核实,并立刻对员工进行纪律处理和退还特殊报酬;如员工利用职权私自谋取公司利益,占有公司财产,若接受特殊报酬(含现金或服务),一旦被发现,将被立刻开除,并保留追求其法律责任。我们期望我们的员工高风亮节,帮助整个公司更加成功。接受贿赂,损害了公司,合作伙伴及客人的信誉。12.2Romance恋爱浪漫史nEmployeesarediscouragedfromhavingromanticrelationshipswithcolleagues,clients,suppliers,andotherworkrelatedentities.Whilethecompanydoesn’tprohibitsuchrelationships,employeesarerequiredtoinformtheirsupervisorifsucharelationshipexistssothatadjustmentscanbemadetoensuretherearenoconflictsofinterest.Thisprivateinformationwillnotbemadepublicandyouwillnotbepenalizedforinformingyoursuperior.However,notinformingyoursuperiorisaviolationofcompanypolicy。不赞成不倡导和同事,客户,供应商,总之和有跟公司项目有关系的人发展真或假浪漫史。即使公司没有这样的硬性规定,也请注意,一旦发生了这样的感情,请及时告知上司并接受上司给予工作上的调整以防止损害公司利益的事发生。当然,公司会保护职员的个人隐私,职员也不会因此而受到惩罚,但刻意隐瞒则视为违反公司政策,如刻意隐瞒造成对公司的利益的损害,公司有权利追究其责任;Charter13:HRManagement:人事管理24
